The product portfolio comprises all lubricants for the industry, ranging from hydraulic fluids, gear, spindle, circulating, guideway and compressor oils, etc., cooling lubricants for metalworking as well as biodegradable greases and oils, lubricants for the food industry and many more.

AVIA Metacool Basic AF	containing mineral oil, water miscible, free from boric acid	Can be used for all types of standard applications including grinding. For all kinds of steel and non-ferrous metals, especially for copper and brass machining.
AVIA Metacool Basic	semi-synthetic, water miscible	For easy machining and grinding. Especially for machining steel and cast iron.
AVIA Metacool Uni AF	containing mineral oil, water miscible, free from boric acid	For heavy-duty machining of steel, cast iron and aluminium materials on stand-alone machines, machining centres and central installations.
AVIA Metacool UNI	water miscible, low foaming, semi-synthetic, EP additives	For machining aluminium alloys and sophisticated machining of steel, cast iron and non-ferrous metals
AVIA Metacool Synthogrind	water-soluble, mineral-oil-free, extremely low foaming	For all grinding operations such as cylindrical, flat and creep-feed grinding of steels with normal low machinability.
AVIA Metacon Uni	non water miscible, cutting oil	Cutting oil for general machining as well as for punching, drawing and deep-drawing of steels with medium and high strength and non-ferrous metals.
AVIA Metaclean ABF	System cleaning agent for water miscible cooling lubricants	AVIA Metaclean is used for cleaning machine tools, their coolant reservoirs and their piping.
Greases
AVIAlith 0-000 EP	Low-viscosity grease, NLGI-class 000, Temp.: -50-120 degrees	Semi-fluid low-viscosity grease for the lubrication of spur-gear and bevel drives, worm gears and similar industrial drives.
AVIAlith 1 EP	Multipurpose grease, NLGI-class 1, Temp.: -30-120 degrees	Yellowish-brown multipurpose grease, lithium-emulsified, EP-additives, good corrosion protection properties. Multipurpose grease based on mineral oil.
AVIAlith 2	Multipurpose grease, NLGI-class 2, Temp.: -30-120 degrees	Universally applicable multipurpose grease for the lubrication of rolling and plain bearings for industrial and automotive purposes.
AVIAlith 2 EP	Multipurpose grease, NLGI-class 2, Temp.: -30-120 degrees 130 degrees for a short time	Multipurpose grease for the lubrication of rolling and plain bearings in vehicles and industrial machinery.
AVIAlith 2 F	Solids-bearing (graphite) EP-multipurpose grease NLGI-class 2	Multipurpose grease for the lubrication of highly loaded, slow-running bearings in the industrial and automotive sector.
AVIAlith 2 GR	Graphitic multipurpose grease NLGI-class 2 Temp.: -30-130 degrees	For the lubrication of plain bearings and slow-running rolling bearings.
AVIAlith 2 WL	Semi-synthetic multipurpose grease NLGI-class 2 Temp.: -30-140 degrees	Universally applicable lubricating grease with lithium saponification. Especially suitable for the lubrication in construction, agricultural and industrial machinery.
AVIA Lithoplex 2 EP	High-temperature grease NLGI-class 2 Temp.: -30-150 degrees up to 200 degrees for a short time	For the lubrication of impact loaded sliding and roller bearings at increased bearing temperatures. Especially for fast-running bearings in automobiles and commercial vehicles.
AVIA Aluplex 2 EP	High-temperature grease NLGI-class 2 Temp.: -20-150 degrees 200 degrees for a short time	For the lubrication of rolling and plain bearings at higher loads and under dusty and humid operating conditions.
AVIAcal 2 LD	Special grease NLGI-class 2 Temp.: -30-120 degrees 130 degrees for a short time	For the lubrication of rolling and plain bearings under unfavourable conditions such as humidity and high compressive load.
AVIAton 2 EP	High-temperature grease NLGI-class 2 Temp.: -15-150 degrees 200 Grad for a short time	For the lubrication of impact loaded sliding and roller bearings at high temperatures.
AVIA Synthogrease 2	Multipurpose grease NLGI-class 2 Temp.: -35-120 degrees 130 Grad for a short time	Biodegradable , lithium-emulsified lubricating grease based on a synthetic base oil.
AVIAFOOD Grease	H1 lubricating grease Various NLGI-classes Temp.: -45-160 degrees 200 Grad for a short time	Dietary-fat compliant lubricating grease acc. to FDA purity requirements. Physiologically safe
Consumables and supplies
Avilub gear oil CLP 68, 100, 150, 220, 460	Requirements on CLP gear oils acc. to DIN 51 517 Part 3	Zinc-free, mineral oil basic industrial oil. For thermally highly loaded gears and under unfavourable operating conditions in mining and in iron and steel industries.
AVIA FLUID RSL 10, 15, 22, 32, 46, 68, 100	Hydraulic oil HLP acc. to DIN 51524 Part 2	Universally applicable hydraulic oil type HLP. Can also be used for the lubrication of plain and rolling bearings, gears, compressors, vacuum pumps, etc. as well as use in stationary and mobile hydraulics.
AVIA FLUID HVI 15, 32, 46, 68	Hydraulic oil HVLP acc. to DIN 51524 Part 3	Shear-resistant, mineral oil basic multigrade hydraulic oil for stationary and mobile hydraulic installations that are subjected to extremely varying temperatures.
AVIA GUIDWAY OIL RSU 32, 46, 68, 150, 220	Lubricating oil (guide- way oil) CGLP acc. to DIN 51 502	For the lubrication of guideways and guides of machine tools. Can be used both for horizontal and vertical guiding ways / guides.
AVIA COMPRERA VCL 46-S, 68-S	Compressor lubricating oil VCL acc. to DIN 51506	Lubrication of mobile air compressors with final compressor temperatures up to 220 °C and of stationary air compressors with pressure tanks or piping up to 160 °C.
AVIA THERMOFLUID B	Heat transfer oil Q acc. to DIN 51 522	Heat transfer oil for pressureless, indirect heat transfer within a wide temperature range. Flow temperature of 320 °C and a maximum film temperature of 340 °C.
