EscaFerm-S is a highly effective antifoam concentrate specifically designed for use in grain and sugar molasses fermentations. Its formulation of polyglycol and siloxane polymers results in an antifoam agent that provides excellent foam control in complex and demanding applications. It can be sterilized without compromising performance. It is sterilization resistant and can be used equally well as a concentrate or diluted in a suitable carrier or combined with other ingredients in the fermenter.
