Silver EcoVadis medal for Julius Hoesch
Since October 2023, Julius Hoesch GmbH & Co. KG has been a member of the EcoVadis sustainability initiative. We already achieved an excellent result with our first sustainability assessment and were awarded the silver EcoVadis medal.
EcoVadis is recognised as one of the largest and most reliable providers of sustainability assessments for companies and is equally important for customers and suppliers. EcoVadis evaluates the performance of companies from a wide range of industries in the four areas of labour & human rights, ethics, environment and sustainable procurement.
The silver EcoVadis medal places JULIUS HOESCH in the top 15% of over 100,000 companies assessed worldwide. This award shows that JULIUS HOESCH has already implemented many measures in the area of sustainability, but that there is still potential for improvement in order to remain a strong and reliable partner in the chemicals trade.
