EscaPro-S is a new, highly effective improved version of EscaPro. It is based on siloxane polymers and has improved foam-reducing properties compared to many other standard defoamers. EscaPro-S is specifically designed for use in aqueous food applications. All ingredients in EscaPro-S have E-numbers (European Food Additive Numbers) and EscaPro-S is certified kosher by the Manchester Beth-Din.
